Book4 provides online booking for businesses. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use our website, booking pages, or business dashboard.

  • Booking and customer data: When a customer books via your booking page, we store their name, email, phone (if provided), and booking details. This data is linked to your business.
  • Marketing consent: If a customer opts in to marketing during booking, we record that choice and the date of consent.

We use your data to provide the booking service (managing appointments, sending confirmations, processing payments where applicable), to run your business dashboard, and to communicate with you about your account.
